MASON PLACE

In January 2021 Mason Place opened as a supportive housing development in Fort Collins offering housing and case management to individuals who were chronically homeless with a disability. The project is an adaptive reuse of an old movie theater – renovating it to create a 60-unit apartment building with a dynamic atrium, staff office space, as well as small amenity areas throughout the building where individuals can gather or heal.
