Since 1948, Laradon has empowered children and adu Since 1948, Laradon has empowered children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) so they can embrace possibility and reach their full potential. Lincoln House is an independent living program, which is one of several residential settings that Laradon utilizes to support individuals with IDD to live happy and fulfilling lives.

Viña Apartments, in Denver’s Elyria-Swansea Neighborhood is 150-unit permanently affordable housing co-located with Tepeyac Community Health Center and local fresh food provided by Tacos El Huequito (a neighborhood taqueria) and Noir Market (a local fresh food co-op). Developed by Columbia Ventures and designed by yours truly @koooooomaw and @tomotteson
Charity’s House is a 36-unit PSH community in th Charity’s House is a 36-unit PSH community in the Five Points neighborhood. The properties acquired for the development once belonged to local baseball legend and star pitcher Thomas “Pistol Pete” Albright. The building was developed by BlueLine Development and Agape Christian Church, led by Pastor Robert Woolfolk, Sr. and Eddie Woolfolk.
Brothers Redevelopment, Inc. and the Brain Injury Brothers Redevelopment, Inc. and the Brain Injury Alliance of Colorado have come together to build and sustain a groundbreaking housing concept – providing a home to unhoused people experiencing disability, primarily a traumatic brain injury. This 72-unit PSH is in the East Colfax Neighborhood.

Take a journey down 14th Ave. in Denver and you'll come across an unsuspecting gem! ⛪  One of our most challenging projects to date, St. Francis Center's Warren Residences is a 49-unit, Supportive Housing project located inside a restored church! It features shared kitchens and baths, completely unique units, and the main sanctuary was preserved as a residential community space.  Fun fact: The original church was built in 1909 and was designed by none other than Denver-famous Architect, William Fisher.
