Viña Apartments in Denver’s Elyria-Swansea Neighborhood was completed in March, 2022 in partnership with Columbia Ventures and Clinica Tepeyac. The development includes 150 permanently affordable homes between 0-80% AMI, as well as a healthcare clinic and space for neighborhood-serving retail.
