Valor On The Fax is a 72-unit supportive housing development (0-30% AMI) born from a partnership between Brothers Redevelopment, Inc. (BRI) and the Brain Injury Alliance of Colorado (BIAC). The building offers furnished apartments, indoor/outdoor amenity spaces, leasing offices, and varied service provision areas for BRI and BIAC. Valor is the first supportive housing development in the nation designed specifically for residents with brain injuries, reflecting a landmark study revealing that over 70% of unhoused participants screened positive for brain injuries.
