The Launchpad (developed by Cohen Esrey) is a 50-unit permanent supportive apartment home (0-30% AMI) community for young adults aged 18 to 24. It’s not a shelter; instead, residents commit to a 1-year lease. Within The Launchpad, The PLACE assumes the role of providing secure support and fostering connections among the young adult tenants. It’s designed with safety, well-being, and healing in mind, listening to the needs of its residents.
