Columbia Ventures developed the 5-acre property at 1671 Altura Blvd. in Aurora, CO – the property offers 137 affordable apartments at 30-70% AMI —and a 14,500-square-foot Community Service Facility that houses CrossPurpose (a non-profit that builds leadership, entrepreneurship, and career advancement) and Living Hope Community Church.
