RENDEZVOUS

Rendezvous is the development of two properties into one new affordable housing community for seniors developed and owned by Volunteers of America. The project featured the construction of a 22-unit apartment building, while renovating an existing 30-unit building. The community served older adults on the western slope of the Montrose community.
