St. Francis Apartments West (SFC West) stands as a beacon of hope and stability for Denver’s most vulnerable older adults. Developed through the vision and dedication of St. Francis Center (SFC), this project offers 59 supportive housing units specifically designed for individuals aged 55 and older who have experienced chronic homelessness, disabling conditions, and extremely low incomes. More than just housing, SFC West provides residents with comprehensive services tailored to their unique needs, fostering dignity and independence.
