This is an apartment building in Denver’s Globeville neighborhood developed by Gorman & Company and Laradon. It is a 132-unit project featuring two, three, and four-bedroom apartments. The building features leasing offices, an incredible outdoor courtyard with a play structure and covered patio, and indoor amenity space featuring local artist Jolt. Also included is ground-floor space where Laradon will operate programs.
