WARREN RESIDENCES

The Warren Residences, located on 14th and Gilpin Streets in Denver, is the renovation of a historic United Methodist Church built in 1909. The building is operated by St. Francis Center and consists of 48- studio style affordable supportive apartments for individuals who have experienced homelessness. Individuals have private bedrooms, and shared kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas.
